Glenalmond House Hotel - Edinburgh

stylish small hotel with excellent bedrooms. excellent service, lovely views of garden from my double room. great location in a lovely area, close enough to coty center, downtown and a very convenient bus line and easy walking distance to the royal mile and related environs. a lot of food options relatively near the venue.

Wi-Fi was bad.

Marvellous location - close to St Marks Unitarian Church. Found in the lovely area right by a bus stop virtually across road, city centre, and all major attractions.

I enjoyed the place, its rich breakfast.

my room included a safe, multi-channel television, and a refrigerator. it also had a fairly clean bathroom and comfy beds - all for a fairly nice stay. exceptionally attentive staff and the location was unbeatable and excellent. this hotel was located in a calm area.

I had an amazing stay with my friends for two nights! The breakfast was incredible and perfectly cooked with plenty of delicious options. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean, which made us feel right at home.

Well-equipped and nicely decorated units on ground level, we liked it. The location was unbeatable and excellent, at a walking distance from St Anthony's Chapel.

The owners are super helpful, and the breakfasts are great! Getting around was easy with easy bus access. I recommend taking the walking tours and visiting the National Museum of Scotland while you're here!

The only downside was I couldn't find anything to complain about , a rare treat.

Cozy stay with a fab breakfast

The place is super clean, and I loved the four-poster bed in our room. Breakfast was delish, especially the full Scottish, cooked perfectly! Only thing is, it can get a bit noisy at times with the traffic, but it's not a dealbreaker since it's so close to everything.
